To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The return must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable goods

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Ship the item(s) to our company address using a trackable shipping service.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:
